Lotus Forms Viewer 4.0.0.3 is available for all users to view legacy official AF forms posted on the e-Publishing website. This software is not compatible with Apple Operating Systems (MAC).

Steps to Install IBM Lotus Viewer
- Download the updated Lotus Forms Viewer_4003_Win32.exe
- Uninstall any Lotus Form Viewer installation prior to 4.0 from all Windows client systems
- Install Lotus Form Viewer 4.0.0.3 ONLY on approved Lotus Form Viewer client systems
