1846 Account Organizational Account Representatives (OARs).

If you are a primary or alternate OAR, please ensure you remove yourself from your organization's online ordering account PRIOR TO making any updates to your general online ordering account.

Submission of AF1846, Request for and Record of Organizational Account. Completed AF1846 Account requests should be sent directly to the AFPDC for processing. The AFPDC fax number is DSN 584-4629 or (410) 687-3799. You should only fax your AF 1846 to AFDPO if you are assigned to the HAF and need the HAF publications manager's signature.
