IBM Lotus Viewer Download

The AF Departmental Publishing Office (AFDPO) is the controlling authority for AF electronic forms and publications.  Lotus Forms Designer 4.0 is now released for all users who revise/design official AF forms to be posted on the e-Publishing website.  The use of Lotus Forms Viewer 4.0 is required for use of forms revised/designed with Lotus Designer 4.0.  The Viewer 4.0 is backward compatible to forms revised/designed with earlier versions of 3.0.

Air Force users will find that the IBM Lotus Forms Viewer software supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 operating system to provide best AF functionality.  This software is not compatible with Apple Operating Systems (MAC).

1. Download the updated Lotus Forms Viewer LFViewer_40_Win32_EN.exe
2. Uninstall any Lotus Form Viewer installation prior to 4.0 from all Windows client systems
3. Install Lotus Form Viewer 4.0 ONLY on approved Lotus Form Viewer client systems

Customers installing on Government furnished equipment, should check with their Systems Administrator/Client Support Administrator before installing this software to verify that you have the required rights.  

 

No technical support is provided for home users. We suggest that users uninstall any older editions of Forms Viewer software before installing this release.
